At Apachie Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your electronic scooter doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Scooter
Carefully place the scooter in its original packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and electronic components, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
