What is the average range of an Apachie electric scooter on a single charge?
Depending on the model and riding conditions, our scooters typically offer a range between 25 to 45 miles. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and speed mode will influence the total distance.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A full charge generally takes between 4 to 6 hours using our standard UL-certified charger. We recommend charging your scooter after every ride to maintain optimal battery health.
What is your return policy for electric scooters?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the unit is defective.
Do Apachie scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all Apachie scooters include a 12-month limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear components like tires and brake pads are not covered.
Are the scooters water-resistant for riding in the rain?
Our scooters have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and light rain. However, they should not be submerged or ridden through deep puddles or heavy downpours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3 to 7 business days via ground freight.
